All instruments are sent on a 7-day trial period starting from the time you receive the delivery.* This gives you the advantage of test playing your instrument in surroundings you are most acoustically familiar with. All horns are fully guaranteed for one year against mechanical defects (not including lacquer, plating, or special finishes) with the exception of any horns purchased "as is". This includes our store's 30-day warranty on pads and cork (in normal use) with local service option. As a courtesy, when feasible, we try to arrange local service during this 30-day period (at our expense), so there is no need to ship the horn back to us for service.** You can choose a repair technician you are already familiar with or if you prefer, we will recommend if possible a repair technician in your area. The local service option saves you the expense and bother of having to return the horn to us for minor adjustments that sometimes are necessary during the first few month's break in period on a new horn.

The full price of your trial instrument, including shipping and handling, may be secured on a credit card, money order, bank wire, etc., prior to shipping. A restocking fee of 5% of the sale price of the instrument will be charged on any return. This fee covers our costs for packing materials, insurance and handling, adjusting, cleaning and sanitizing instruments and any banking or credit card fees incurred. All returned instruments must be fully insured and shipped in the original carton, with all the original packaging materials. We will not accept uninsured packages.
